A complete mobile banking experience

Banks have approached the creation of mobile apps in one of two ways: creating a custom mobile app which is more or less isolated from other customer touchpoints in order to get feature parity with their competitors. In this presentation, Adam Archibald will show how the banking industry can learn from more forward-looking institutions who have implemented mobile apps with an omnichannel perspective, using a holistic digital banking platform that offers a more sustainable, long-term approach to digitisation.
